"So glad we skipped training wheels"
My 3-year-old was terrified of bikes at first and kept dropping his feet every couple seconds. After a few evenings on the Strider, he started scooting longer stretches, and now he’s gliding down the sidewalk with the biggest grin on his face. It took about two weeks, and his balance is so much better already. We didn’t use training wheels at all, and I’m glad we didn’t, it feels like a much kinder and more natural way for a little kid to learn instead of making them feel stuck or frustrated. Shipping was fine, and I was able to put it together without any trouble.

"Showed up on time"
Bike came right on time, which was nice. The box had a small dent in it, but nothing too crazy and the bike seemed fine when I opened it up

"Seat could be more comfortable"
The bike itself has been fine, and my kid likes riding it, but the seat starts getting uncomfortable quickly. I was expecting it to feel a little more like... I don’t know, just more padded or comfortable for longer rides...

"Great little grips that just work"
I got these for my son’s Strider bike, they’ve been solid. They’re soft enough for his little hands, but they don’t feel flimsy or overly squishy. He rides all over the place, sometimes fast, and his hands stay put really well. It’s one of those small upgrades you don’t think much about until you see how much better it makes the ride. Definitely happy with them.
"Nice bike, but the accessories took some figuring out"
The bike itself has been good and my kid really likes riding it. The only annoying part was trying to figure out which accessories actually fit our model. I had to dig through the order email and receipt to double-check what we bought, and one of the mounts still didn’t line up like I thought it would, so I ended up returning it. Not a huge deal overall, but I do wish the compatibility info was a little clearer.

"Easy birthday win for my nephew"
Got this for my nephew’s birthday and he was into it right away. it was one of those gifts that felt way easier than... well, you know, trying to guess what kids are even into these days...

"Overall, the bike feels mostly safe…"
Overall, the bike feels mostly safe and my kid really likes riding it. The only thing I’ve noticed is that it can get a little wobbly when turning, especially on rough sidewalk. It’s not a bad bike at all, I just wish it felt a bit more stable in those spots.
"Decent bike, a little bumpy"
It’s an okay bike. My kid likes it, so that’s the main thing. But yeah… it doesn’t roll as smoothly as I expected. Sidewalks feel a bit rough with it. Not terrible, just not that easy glide I was hoping for

"Super Easy Checkout"
I was really happy with how quick and smooth the checkout process was. I bought what I needed fast, and there were no weird issues or frustrating steps along the way.

"I picked up a Strider bike mainly because…"
I picked up a Strider bike mainly because it seemed simple and not too bulky. I can’t really compare it to every other balance bike out there, but in person it looks really nice, clean frame, good colors, and it doesn’t have that cheap feel. My kid was into the look of it right away too. So far, we’re really happy with it.

"My kid is on it every single day"
My kid absolutely loves this thing and rides it around the driveway every day after school. It’s been great for keeping him outside, active, and smiling, and I really like how sturdy it feels even with regular use

"My kid has been using this for a…"
My kid has been using this for a few months and still really enjoys it. The frame has held up fine, which is great, but the handle grips and seat started getting scratched up sooner than I expected. Compared to a couple of similar ones we’ve had, this one feels solid overall but doesn’t seem to hide wear as well. Not a bad buy, I just hoped it would look newer for a bit longer.

"Footrest makes things more annoying than it should"
The bike itself is good overall, but the footrest has been kind of a hassle. My kid keeps missing it or resting his feet in a weird way, so I’ve had to keep stopping and adjusting him, which is just extra work I wasn’t really expecting. He’s getting used to it slowly, but I do wish the footrest was easier and more comfortable for him to use. Not a bad bike, just a little frustrating in that area

"Great little bike that grows with him!!!"
I got a Strider bike for my son and it’s been such a good fit!!! As he’s gotten taller, adjusting the seat and handlebars has been super easy and only takes a couple minutes!!! I love that it doesn’t feel like something he outgrew right away. Really happy with it so far!!!
"The bike itself ended up being totally..."
The bike itself ended up being totally fine, and thankfully nothing was missing, but the box showed up looking rough. One corner was kind of open, which made me nervous when I first saw it sitting by the front door, especially because it had been raining earlier that morning. I unpacked everything in the garage and checked it over, and luckily it all seemed okay. Still, for the price, I expected it to be packed a little more securely and handled with a bit more care during shipping.

I had it built so quick, I was kind of surprised. The team were super easy to deal with and everything was done before I even expected it.

"Great little bike for kids"
I was a little unsure at first and kept wondering if this would actually be easy for my kid to use, but it really has been great. The Strider name seems to be well-deserved. It’s simple, lightweight, and my kid picked it up way faster than I expected, which was reassuring. I’d definitely buy it again.

"I’ve got to say, the customer service team…"
I’ve got to say, the customer service team handled my warranty claim really quickly and without making it a big hassle. The only small thing is that I had to wait a little before getting an initial response, which was a bit annoying. But once they got back to me, everything was sorted smoothly, and I’m really happy with how they dealt with it

"Easy to find the parts I needed"
My kid’s Strider has definitely seen better days after being dragged around, dropped, ridden through who knows what, and generally treated like a favorite toy that never gets a day off. I was relieved to see that the site actually had replacement parts available, because I only needed a couple of small things, basically new grips and a seat clamp, and I really didn’t want to go down some confusing rabbit hole trying to figure out what would fit.
The ordering process was simple enough that I didn’t have to overthink it, and the parts showed up quicker than I expected, which was a nice bonus. Now the bike is back in action instead of taking up space in the garage waiting for me to “deal with it someday.” It’s just really nice when a company still supports the products they sell, especially for kid gear that gets used hard.

"Nice place, but a bit pricey"
Overall, it was a nice experience, but the cost felt a little high for what you get. I also wasn’t thrilled about having to wait in a long queue before being helped, which made the whole visit feel a bit more frustrating than it needed to be.
